Marlee Ridgeway
Marlee is built to serve in whatever way she can and we are grateful to have her within our team. She spent the first four years of her career serving as an ICU nurse until she decided to go back to school to obtain her MSN FNP degree from UNA in 2022 (Roar Lions!). She loves providing care to our little patients and their parents, as well as working as a simulation actress for UNA’s College of Nursing when she can.
When she’s not pouring into others, Marlee is spending time with her husband Alex and son Hudson (with baby girl Margot on the way)– whether that’s enjoying a family walk, reading, or relaxing by the nearest body of water.
