Morgan Gilbreath

Morgan has one of the most vital roles at the clinic as the leader of our administrative team. She is responsible for implementing the vision of our practice leaders while expanding our impact within the communities that we serve. 

Morgan is a crucial part of expanding our growth by fostering vendor relationships, overseeing structural development, and evolving our team’s culture. Morgan also assists Dr. Masterson in his philanthropic and investment strategies to ensure that The ENT Center is a pillar in our community and greater healthcare industry. 

Originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas, she moved to Florence to attend the University of North Alabama. She graduated in May 2020 with a B.A. in History and a minor in global studies. She is currently obtaining her M.B.A from Lipscomb University. You can find Morgan spending her weekends in Nashville, listening to Morgan Wallen, and roaming the aisles of Target!
