Morgan GilbreathPractice Administrator
Morgan has one of the most vital roles at the clinic, organizing the administrative vision of practice. She is responsible for the implementation of the vision to empower the practice leaders to reach as many people as the organization can. In order to accomplish these tasks she maintains the office financials, organizes team events, community outreach, vendor relationships and oversees structural development. In addition to these she assists Dr. Masterson in his philanthropic and investment strategies to position the ENT Center to be a community and business leader. She is uniquely qualified for these endeavors given her history in business, community outreach and personal commitment to development and leadership.
Originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas, she moved to Florence to attend the University of North Alabama. She graduated in May 2020 with a B.A. in History and a minor in global studies. Morgan is happily married to her husband, Matthew and they have a Labradoodle, Stanlee. She loves spending time, serving at Church of the Highlands, listening to True Crime podcasts and roaming the aisles of Target!
